Important Information for Firearm Purchases – What to Know Before You Place An Order

  • All Firearm sales are final.
  • Once the customer takes possession of the firearm, all damage or defects are handled directly with the firearm manufacturer.
  • Handgun purchases ship 2nd Day Air. This does not mean they will ship the same business day due to paperwork and our shipping process.
  • Firearm purchases require an FFL be provided and their FFL documentation.
  • When placing your order, please ensure that the ‘Ship To’ address is your FFL’s address. Updating this information after the order has been placed may incur additional shipping and sales tax fees.
  • FFL Certificate should be emailed to FFLinfo@officerstore.com.
  • Customer must provide a valid ID showing they are 21+.
  • Name listed as the ship to attention will be the one required to submit the background check and if passes, is the legal owner of the firearm.
  • We do not offer substitutions for magazines if the firearm ships to a state with magazine restrictions. The restricted magazine will be removed.
  • If the background check is not passed, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • You must live in one of these States to purchase Glock Blue Label handguns: PA, NJ, MD, DE, CT, ME, NH, MA, VT, RI, NY
  • Ammunition and firearms must be shipped separately.
