The product itself works great, however it's over priced as compared to other vendors. I bought it through this vendor as I needed it ASAP for work. So I paid an additional large amount for next day shipping. What they don't disclose it's it takes 7-10 business days before they release it to a shipper. This means if you pay out for next day air you'll have it in 11 days. My product was delivered in about a month. I would also like to disclose their customer service is horrible. I tried to contact them regarding the shipping issue and other products that I have bought that broke or posed safety defects and after 3 months not a single response. I would choose another vendor unless this vendor is the only one that has the product. But just keep in mind don't pay for faster shipping as it will still arrive in about a month as if you were to use normal ground.
