Stays at or below 40° F for up to 2 hours and provides supplemental, continuous active cooling for cardiac (ROSC), trauma and external heat stress. A honeycomb pattern allows for continuous flow of cool water regardless of pressure points. System uses both 12 VDC and 110 VAC
