The Hose Alert™ Fire Hose Alarm System reduces the risk of fire hoses coming loose from your fire apparatus by immediately informing you if it happens.

Made in Connecticut by a firefighter for firefighters, the Fire Hose Alarm System is designed to inform fire apparatus operators when a hose has become detached from the engine.

The system consists of three parts. The hose-gripping unit attaches to the hose. The signal generator features a real-time monitoring system that provides status updates and sounds an alarm when the hose moves from its original position. The mounting box can connect the gripping unit to the dashboard of a fire apparatus.

The system will alert the driver immediately whenever a hose comes loose so that the driver knows to retrieve the hose in a safe and timely manner.
