With a 5-gallon capacity and ergonomic backpack design, it allows crews to quickly deploy water where engines and hose lines can’t reach. 

Built for durability and comfort, the Smokechaser Chief features a heavy-duty nylon outer liner and internal baffled liner that helps distribute weight evenly for improved stability while moving across uneven ground. The shorter, wider bag profile is designed to sit comfortably above supply and tool belts, making it ideal for extended operations on the fireline. 

Equipped with a FEDCO brass pistol-grip fire pump, the system delivers dependable performance with a smooth, bind-free pumping action and a drip-free shutoff. The combination nozzle quickly switches between stream and fan spray patterns, giving firefighters the versatility needed for direct attack, mop-up operations, and hotspot suppression.
