The diaphragm side is typically used for higher frequency sounds. However, ADC’s Platinum 600 and Convertible 601 series feature their advanced diaphragm with Adjustable Frequency Diaphragm(AFD) Technology. AFD Technology allows the diaphragm to detect a much wider range of frequencies, simply by altering pressure. All ADSCOPE chestpieces feature a non-chill diaphragm rim for patient comfort.
