    The thing broke even before I ever used it. Made from cheap potted metal. Save your money and look elsewhere.

    My second ring cutter worked just as advertised. Within 5 minutes, my ring was cut and removed.

    Broke with first use

    Excited to be able to cut ring off that is a painful problem. However, this ring cutter broke after turning the handle 4 or 5 turns. The cutter blade disconnected from the handle and it is now useless. Because of the low cost of the cutter, it is not worth the expense to return it. I believe that EM should send a return postage paid container.
